Research Programmer at University of Illinois

I am a techy geek who loves working in education and helping others. Now that I have been able to contribute in a freelance author capacity to higher ed textbook development, I can't wait to expand my experience in this area. My ultimate goal is to obtain my PhD in Informatics AND to work more in academia in an education technology and research or project based role.

I would also like to branch out into more web development work, possibly on a freelance basis. I have a passion to implement elegant code that will ultimately create a well crafted site and/or application.

I am obsessed with usability and responsive web design using platform-independent technology, such as html5.

Mobile Web is the future.
