My role as a Subcontracting Network Field Engineer at Fujitsu saw me at the pointy delivery end of the projects for various clients such as City Rail, 7 Eleven, Dominos, BOC Gasses and Bank of America.

My duties and responsibilities revolved around Presales Requirements Engineering for Managed Services around the Hosted Desktop space.

They were essentially the outsourced help-desk for a large number of small to medium businesses. In my capacity as a Field Services Engineer I provided the onsite technical help, troubleshooting and solving the various issues that prevented "Business As Usual" from happening.

As part of my employment with D-Tech, I was seconded to Westfield Group to be the "face" of D-Tech to ensure that all problems assigned by the Westfield IT Help-desk were solved and completed as urgently as possible. As such, I was part of the Westfield IT Service Desk for quite a period.
