Communicator | Connector | Collaborator

I'm a well-rounded communications professional with more than a decade's experience in public relations, internal communications, marketing and journalism. Whether it's writing an article for print or online publication, using data to better plan communication initiatives or creating the content that others want to share on social media, I'm well versed in storytelling and its role in making "big picture" goals happen.

In addition to writing and strategic planning, I'm what Malcolm Gladwell dubs a "connector." With a lifetime in San Diego, an extensive social media network and wide-ranging interests, I know how to help person A get in contact with person B to create worthwhile and lasting relationships that are mutually beneficial.

At the end of the day, I'm all about team work. Sometimes we work independently, but no man or woman is an island -- and neither is work worth doing going to get done alone. When the going gets rough, wouldn't you rather get going with others alongside to help? I lead when needed and always seek to help teams succeed.
