I've had unique international and teaching experiences in my life. I grew up in Nigeria, taught English as a Second Language (ESL) in South Korea and Central/South America for three years and am currently working toward a Master's degree in Adult Education/Human Resource Development at James Madison University. My research is on The Expatriate Cycle: Best Practice for Selection, Pre-Departure Training, Expatriation, and Repatriation of U.S. National Managers on International Assignment.
I am currently working as a Graduate and Teaching Assistant in the Learning, Technology, and Leadership Education (LTLE) Department at JMU. I've also had the opportunity to work on the IREX grant through the US Department of State in the Office of International Programs. I hope to use my teaching experience and skills in Program Evaluation, Needs Assessement, and Instructional Design in the field of Human Resouce Development upon graduation.
