How to get your Google Business review link
Need the link customers can use to leave you a Google review? This guide shows the most reliable ways to get it — starting with the official Google dashboard, plus alternatives if you don’t see that option.
In a hurry?
- Go to business.google.com on desktop
- Sign in and select your business
- Choose Ask for reviews
- Copy the review link
If you don’t see that option, follow the step-by-step methods below.
Google does provide a direct review link — but only inside your Google Business Profile dashboard. Outside of that dashboard (for example on mobile, or when you’re not logged in), the link isn’t always obvious and can behave differently depending on how you access your listing.
Method 1: Get your review link from your Google Business Profile (desktop)
If you manage your business on Google and you’re logged in on a desktop computer, this is the most direct and reliable way to get your review link.
- Go to business.google.com and sign in
- Select the correct business location (if you manage more than one)
- On the dashboard, look for Ask for reviews
- Copy the review link shown
This option is typically only visible on desktop and only when you’re logged into the Google account that manages the Business Profile.
Why you might not see the “Ask for reviews” option
- You’re viewing Google on a mobile device
- You’re not logged into the Google account that manages the business
- You searched for your business instead of opening the dashboard
- You manage multiple locations and haven’t selected one yet
If you can’t see the option, don’t worry — the methods below still work.
Method 2: Get your review link from Google Search
- Search for your business name on Google
- Find your business profile in the results
- Scroll to the reviews section
- Click Write a review
- Copy the page URL and test it on mobile
Method 3: Get your review link from Google Maps
- Open Google Maps (app or desktop)
- Search for your business
- Open your business listing
- Tap Write a review
- Use Share and copy the link
This method is often the most consistent for mobile users.
Optional: use the re.vu Google review link finder
If you’d rather avoid trial and error, re.vu includes a tool that helps you find your Google review link by searching your business listing directly.
Why do I need to be logged in?
This tool uses Google’s Places search. To prevent abuse and control API usage,
searches are only available to logged-in re.vu users.
A free account is enough — no card required.
Create a free re.vu account to use the Google review link finder. Prefer not to sign up? The manual steps above work just fine.
One last tip
Once you’ve got your Google review link, keep it somewhere easy to reuse — email templates, invoices, QR codes, or your re.vu page, where customers can choose where to leave a review.
The easier it is for customers to leave a review, the more likely they are to do it.
